Heart of Marina District (Cow Hollow/Pacific Heights)
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Marina District is the heart of the bustling Chestnut street. This 1927 house is a classic Marina-style home with an apartment on the first level. Sunny weekend days are truly dreamy in the Marina, especially down by the water. As far as Chestnut and Union are concerned, just follow this motto: Any day is a good day for shopping; any night, a good night for dining. As you sleep at night you will overhear the sounds of a wonderful San Francisco fog horn.
Just a one block walk to the bus stop for Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District.
PARKING
The unit does not have indoor parking. The Marina area can be a parking challenge and the home doesn't come with garage parking. A parking permit is available with the SF Municipal Transportation Agency. You need to apply for the permit but I will help do this.
